Full-time Bible school
In Kenya (Webuye), a complete full-time Bible school was founded 15 years ago, where many hundreds of students have since been trained. Many of them are now pastors of a church, and over the years more than 100 churches have come out of the school – not only in Kenya but also in Sudan, Congo and Burundi. Each year around 35 students are trained, after being selected by their local pastor and the school board. The cooperation of the various bishops and senior pastors in the region has created a strong and solid stronghold of training and education. Every year a large event takes place around the graduation ceremony.

Kenya in 2025
In early November a very festive event took place: the graduation of no fewer than 65 students who completed the full-time programme. During the same gathering the 15th anniversary of the School for Harvest was also celebrated – an impressive milestone that shows how God has blessed this school over the years.
The impact of the school is clearly visible. In recent years more than 100 churches have been planted by former students and by teams sent out from the school. The many testimonies we were able to hear from former students gave a powerful and moving picture of what God has done through their lives.
Bert, Dick and Vincent had the privilege, by God’s grace, of being present at this special celebration. It was a moment of gratitude, connection and hope for the future.
The maize harvest was also recently brought in successfully on the campus in Kenya! This harvest remains an important provision for the Bible school and contributes directly to the daily food supply for students and staff.
